St. Luke’s in the Meadow, Fort Worth, and 4Saints Episcopal Food Pantry Find a New Home

St. Luke’s in the Meadow Episcopal Church, Fort Worth, and the 4Saints Episcopal Food Pantry are moving again. Following the loss of their building in February 2021, they moved into space on the campus of Texas Wesleyan University. Now they are moving to leased space in the Meadowbrook/Poly United Methodist Church at 3900 Meadowbrook Dr., Ft. Worth, TX  76103.

They will be located in one part of the Community Life Center (CLC) for about three years while they build their new facility on Lancaster Avenue.

The food pantry operates from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Fridays. The church also will host a mobile pantry outside the CLC on one Saturday a month. 4Saints is planning to have the pantry open on February 10 so as not to miss a food distribution.

St. Luke’s in the Meadow will be worshipping in the CLC at 10 am each Sunday beginning February 19. The CLC will continue to be available to other users as well.

To celebrate and get to know each other, the three organizations will be celebrating Mardi Gras together from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 21, in the Fellowship Hall. Tickets will be available to get dinner from the Cajun on the Go Food Truck for $15 for a choice of three entrees. Or people can just come and enjoy dessert and listen to the East Fort Worth Community Jazz Band.
